BB Stands Alone

While four hens munched on grass in the yard and danced around on the straw covered snow, one bird stood alone.  BB.

The Food Line

The chickens got a little playtime in the yard this evening.  When it was time to return to Red Door Coop, they formed a food line, ready for treats.

Then they munched away on scratch and a little leftover quiche.  If you look through the little round door you can see the glow of the red lights inside the coop.

Warm Afternoon

Jim and Murphy love the loft.  It gives them some time away from the pesky "old girls."

Bill and Weezy are chillin' in the dirt bath.

The shed is a particularly popular spot for the Red Door Coop hens.  They seem to find a lot of treats spilled by the humans.
